We prepare our truffle puree from scratch with fresh ingredients to begin this delightful sauce that pairs naturally with beef. Leaf lettuce, house ripened tomato, sliced red onion and thick cut dill pickles add a satisfying crunch that is nicely countered by the warm and toasty Brioche bun.
