We love Larkburger, especialy this location as we come from Firestone. The one issue that we have had in the past is that the fries arrive cold. When Rachel came to our table to see if we were happy with our food, we asked her why the fries were always cold.Rachel immediately brought us out some hot fries and checked back with us several times to see if we needed anything else. SHe has great customer service and wish we had more people as caring as Rachel. She is truly an asset.
