“Larkburger beefs up corporate staff,” Fast Casual, January 30th, 2015
Colorado-based Larkburger added two to its corporate team in the fourth quarter of 2014: Wayne Humphrey as chief operations officer and Maloree Murphy as marketing coordinator.
Humphrey, a former executive at Noodles & Company, has a career in the restaurant industry that spans more than three decades. For twelve years, he owned and operated a group of several restaurants in Colorado, then moved to Noodles & Company, where he worked in various roles including director of operations for the Western Region and VP of Franchise Initiatives.
In his role at Larkburger, Humphrey will focus on developing company culture, improving guest experience, overseeing each Larkburger restaurant facility and solidifying culinary processes, throughput and speed of service at each location.
Murphy began her career in food service at Denver-based breakfast chain Snooze, where she served as Community Outreach Coordinator at the Ballpark location.
At Larkburger, Murphy will aid in creation and production of sales, marketing, and packaging materials, and will coordinate community outreach, sponsorships and promotion.
The 13-unit brand plans to expand to a market outside of Colorado.
