Who We Are

Lark was born out of the Vail Valley in 2006 and set out to serve delicious, craveable and approachable food to the mountain junkies who called the Rockies their playground. Larkburger was different from the other guys because of our dedication to sustainability, our gluten-free offerings (we did GF before doing GF was cool 😎), and our use of fresh, local and high-quality ingredients. Ten years later and we are still dedicated to the same things with a new found dedication to having fun, engaging with our communities and expanding our menu to include fresh, healthier and more diverse choices.

Lark is a collection of neighborhood gathering places where you can come as you are to engage with your community, get your burger and beer fix, hang with your crew, and have fun while you do it. Although we don’t take ourselves too seriously when it comes to food, you better believe we’re serious. We create simple and inspired eats that fuel and reward whatever the day brings you.

Philanthropy

Lark strives to integrate ourselves into our communities in unique, engaging and fun ways through creating symbiotic partnerships, seeking out meaningful sponsorships, hosting and supporting community events, and simply giving back. At the end of the day, we’re here to eat some good food, hang with our crew, have fun and engage with our communities while we do it.
